The beds were very comfortable. The front desk attendant was nice and accommodating. He had no problem canceling my reservation and refunding my money. Have a child in wheelchair and the elevator was broke.

Check in was quick and easy. There's a floor below the lobby to casually lounge and benches outside with citibikes. The area was busy but not crowded. Bed was clean, room came with iron and ironing board, desk, drawers, and clean shower.

I choose this hotel because it was said free parking, but I was not expecting that I had to find a place on the street and need to change places to follow rules. I cancelled the reservation and never get my money back. It was false advertising.

Great for a 2 star esp. in NYC. Significantly better than many 2 stars Ive stayed at. Ignore the bad reviews. I NEVER review but wanted to here.

Spotlessly clean room, comfy bed, great location, but what makes this hotel awesome is its staff. A friendly, professional, hardworking team of people who can't do enough to help and are cheerful at all hours! Thank you for a great stay. Note: If you're looking for somewhere tranquil this place probably wouldn't be for you as there is a lot of noise from the street (expected for a busy area), and sound carries in the hallways/between rooms too, but this wasn't an issue for me.
